Exploring the Potential of Nanopore Sequencing for Detecting CAG Expansion in HTT Gene
We're pleased to announce our upcoming poster presentation at the 20th Annual CHDI Huntington's Disease Therapeutics Conference taking place this week in Palm Springs, California.

Our Principal Scientist, Laura Grasso will be presenting a poster titled ‘Exploring the Potential of Nanopore Sequencing for Detecting CAG Expansion in HTT Gene’. This work showcases how nanopore sequencing could be used to assess the efficacy of our lead ASO programme targeting FAN1 nuclease, a key protective protein in Huntington’s Disease progression.
Join Laura and our team at Poster 54 on February 26th, 1-4pm PST, to learn more about this innovative approach to measuring treatment effects in HD models. Read more here.
