Harness attend the European Huntington Association’s (EHA) 5th biannual conference

Harness’ Madeleine Wakeling, Andy Billinton and Isabela Cunha Navarro had a productive and energising time at the European Huntington Association’s (EHA) 5th biannual conference last week in Romania.

The team were particularly grateful for the opportunity to engage with individuals living with HuntingtonsDisease (HD), as well as their families and those that provide care. This was brilliantly represented by the HD-Community Advisory Board, which brings together a highly knowledgeable group of advocates, each with a unique perspective. The courage and resilience of the HD community was clear to see throughout the stories and experiences shared during the conference.

At Harness Therapeutics, we recognise how vital it is to partner closely with the HD community, and remain committed to keeping an open dialogue as we progress with our research. The team shared a poster at EHA which outlined the latest on Harness’ investigation of FAN1 as a mediator of the disease, as well as the development of our proprietary MISBA® platform.

Special thanks to Astri Arnesen and Jenna Heilman, and all of the EHA, HDYO, IHA and HD-CAB teams for a fantastic few days!
