We had an inspiring afternoon at the 'Benefits of Mentorship' event hosted by the Entrepreneurship & Careers Network here at Babraham Research Campus!
Our COO, Madeleine Wakeling, introduced the event with ‘Leading the Way: Insights from Industry Mentors', sharing reflections from her 23+ years in biotech and pharma. A passionate advocate for mentorship, Madeleine spoke about the profound impact mentoring relationships have had on her career -both as a mentee and a mentor. She highlighted how these connections are invaluable for learning, gaining fresh perspectives, and giving back to the community.
